the theme was Build to scale

This is a puzzle game where you deliver cakes of different sizes to truck of different sizes. To do that you will need to build a grid of different sized pipes

Use the mouse to drag tiles to the grid and trucks to the road
Use R to rotate tiles
Use E to gain a new tile

Connect a cake from the left side to a truck on the right side with pipes at the right size to gain the cake. Do that for all the cakes you need and you win!
But notice that you have limited tile actions
